How it works, in full

From the SMS that says a homeowner wants pitches to the day your win settles. Nothing left vague.

01

You get the lead

A homeowner in one of your claimed suburbs asks for pitches, and you get an SMS the moment it happens.

More detail
You see the address, beds, baths, the price they have in mind, their timing and anything else they chose to share, like recent renovations, so you never appraise blind. Their name and phone number stay with us until you're shortlisted. In an office account your licensee or team admin can assign the lead to anyone, and claiming a new suburb also picks up homeowners who have requested a pitch from agents.
02

You pitch in minutes

A short video, your appraisal range and your fee. No site visit needed.

More detail
You set your own fee and nobody asks you to discount it. If your appraisal range is unusually wide, the composer pushes back before you send, which protects everyone from buying the listing. Recording tips are below.
03

They compare and shortlist

Your pitch sits beside the other pitches, laid out identically. Homeowners review and shortlist agents.

More detail
Get your pitch in early and it may be the first one they watch. If you're shortlisted, that's a warm lead: we pass on their details to you, send them suggested questions to ask you, and you run a normal listing presentation at the property. You're meeting someone who's already seen your numbers and likes what you've got to offer.
04

Win, and we track it to settlement

The platform walks your listing from appointment to paid, and you hear how your pitch was received either way.

More detail
Appointed, on market, sale contracted, invoiced, paid: one strip, full visibility, across the whole office if you run one. Miss out and we'll share how your pitch was received so the next one lands better. No one ever sees another agent's numbers, and homeowner ratings stay private.

Making a good pitch video

Your short video is how the homeowner gets a feel for you before you've spoken. They're not marking it, and usually around 30 seconds is fine. They just want a sense of who they'd be dealing with, alongside your numbers.

Shoot portrait

They watch on their phone. Selfie style is fine, propped on a stack of books is fine.

Eye level, good light

Prop the phone up properly and face a window. Filming from your lap is not a good look for anyone.

Make it theirs

Record a fresh one for each seller. A good 20 seconds beats a padded 30, and plenty of good pitches are read from notes.

What to talk about: what you've sold nearby, especially their street, how long you've worked the area, what you're like to work with, how you'd approach selling their place, your selling style, and what you know about who's buying locally right now. Specifics beat superlatives.
